Terms & Conditions
1. Parties
These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of telecommunications services by Optirise ("Provider") to the customer ("Customer"). By ordering or using our services you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Provider supplies cellular data, SIM provisioning, and Wi‑Fi devices as described in service orders. Specific service features depend on the local operator and local law.
3. Licensing & Compliance
Customer acknowledges that telecommunications services in Gulf countries are regulated and may require local registration or documentation. Provider will assist with routine provisioning but is not responsible for delays or denials where local licensing, national security clearance or operator policy prevents activation.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are set in the Order. Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are subject to operator policies and any local regulatory restrictions.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Provider’s liability for any direct loss arising from service or device failure is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the affected service during the preceding 3 months. Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service as set out in the Order. Termination may be immediate if required by local regulators or operator instruction.
7. Governing Law
Unless otherwise agreed, contracts are governed by the law of the country stated in the Order. Service availability for each Gulf country may be subject to that country’s local telecommunications law.
